Consultant – Financial Services

As a professional consultant, you are expected to handle end-to-end recruitment process and deliver excellent consulting service.

Job Responsibilities

• Business development across a targeted client portfolio in Financial Services and offering an end to end recruitment solution, from market mapping, headhunting, database search, interview, shortlisting, scheduling interview, package negotiation to after placement follow up.
• Maintain business relationship with a portfolio of financial services clients
• Manage and monitor the entire recruitment process
• Offering professional advice to both candidates and clients on pay rates, career profession and training.

Requirement

• University Degree holder
• If would be advantagous to have experience in recruitment business with proven track record. Ideally recruitment experience in financial services sector.
• Highly energetic, outgoing individual with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Independent, attention to details and with entrepreneurial spirits.
• Proficiency in  written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
