Main Duties:

You will provide quality professional administrative support to the Compliance and Enterprise Business Information Systems teams within Group Finance. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the preparation of departmental financial reports including budget, handling of purchase requests for goods and services, scheduling project meetings and travel, production of newsletter, maintenance of departmental application platforms and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as required. Candidates with prior working exposure to an IT environment are particularly welcome.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent with basic accounting knowledge an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Self-motivated, diligent team player and able to work independently
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
