Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial services and support to the top management on company and personal matter arrangements
• Manage travel arrangement including flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations and transportation and expenses claims
• Handles general office administration and facilities duties
• Assist in processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcels
• Assist in accounting duties, including data entries, issuing invoices and filing
• Assist in company events and meetings’ preparation
• ISO9001 & ISO 14001 System administration
• Assists in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Polite, well organized, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  
  

Attractive remuneration package include 13 months salary will be offered to the right candidate.
