Job Description

We are now looking for a detail-minded and passionate administrator to join our team. Reporting to our Contract Manager, your major duties would be to provide commercial and administrative support to our managers, collaborating with other departments to support financial duties, and also providing training on ERP system to our colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

Commercial Administration

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that all internal documentation is reviewed and updated accordingly
  • Provide formatting and preparation of commercial documents and reports using MS Office
  • Draft commercial proposals and client renewal contracts
  • Liaise with delivery team for project planning
  • Prepare sales forecast report on a weekly basis
  • Provide general and ad-hoc administration support as required by the Commercial Team

 

Epicor PMO 

  • Assist in Commercial Sales Order Processes and escalate any unresolved issues to the manager
  • Ensure that the Commercial Sales Order Processing is followed in line with the Group guidelines
  • Assist in raising invoices and transactions
  • Provide training on ERP system to internal staff/ new joiner
  • Data preparation and data entry for the following aspects:
    • CRM and Dashboard Data Management
    • Estimated Revenue, GPOS and Cost
    • Project Planning
    • User Account Management
    • Customer account details (including prospect creation)

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, University Degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales support or administrative duties
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • High computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management, stakeholder management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proactive, quick learner, independent, detailed minded
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
