Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial support to the Director
  • Provide office administrative support to all staff
  • Monitor daily store administration duties including cashiering, inventory control, personnel, housekeeping, security and general administration of chain stores
  • Support and monitor daily store workflow with close collaboration with operations
  • Responsible for sourcing, maintain and control of all office equipment
  • Act as communication channel with other internal departments
  • Provide full support to sales teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of all processes and transactions;
  • Establish and implement standard procedures;
  • Manage the inventory system for shops’ material
  • Assist in exhibition arrangement



Requirements:

  • Strong sense on service and co-operation, team player, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong business discipline and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, presentable, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Maintain good professional working relationship with internal/external parties
  • Must be able to manage time, multiple projects and priorities
  • Very well organized but yet highly flexible – willing to take different routes and adopt different approach when necessary.
  • Good customer service skills
  • F.6 graduate or above;
  • At least 5 year’s clerical experience;
  • Proficient in computer operation including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills – competent in preparing correspondence / PowerPoint presentation.
  • Good communication, good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
