Job Description:

• Provide full spectrum secretarial and interpretation services to the Directors.
• Handle correspondence for the Director and assist with translation.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, travel arrangement, attend meetings of the management team and as required
• Generate minutes of meetings or drafts contracts as required.

Job Requirements: 

• University degree in English or related discipline
• 1 years of relevant experience
  
• Self-starter with strong organizational and housekeeping skills.
• Attention to details and be able to provide accurate on a timely manner.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office and fast typing skills.
• Proficient English and Cantonese in listening, speaking and writing. Mandarin preferred but not essential.
• Flexible, able to work overtime and weekends occasionally.
