Responsibilities:          

• Hanlde all-round HR duties not limited to payroll administration, monitoring staff attendance record, recruitment & selection, orientation, MPF handling, manpower planning, and etc.
• Assist in strategic manpower planning and review. 
• Responsible for recruitment channel development. 
• Responsible for staff training policy and peformance review.  
• Efficient recruitment and retention and promotion of factory / shop and office staff.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• At least 5 years related experience;
• Experience in retail / F&B industry is an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Immediate available is preferable.
