Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories and logistics service provider for shipping arrangement
• Factory experience preferable
• Present documentation to bank
• Responsible for all shipping arrangements with courier and forwarder companies
• Handle full set of shipping document
• Follow up orders & shipments, preparation shipping documents
• Provide shipping options and preparation of quotations
• Various administrative and office tasks

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• At least 8 years working experience, prefer manufacturing experience
  
• Liaise with forwarders to confirm shipment details
• Handle full set of Import & Export shipping & L/C banking documents independently
• Hands-on knowledge in shipping operation and China customs clearance matters
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent attention and sensitive to details, very organized
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, able to work under pressure
• Frequent travel to Dongguan is required.
