Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations activities to ensure the accuracy and efficiency
• Assist to implement, review and improve the current operations between warehouses in Hong Kong and China and ensure the logistics operations meet the required KPI standard
• Prepare regular reports and analyze the operations activities for management review by using Order Management System & Warehouse Management System
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties for order fulfillment
• Constantly review the logistics workflow and provide improvement solutions on performance enhancement
• Handle annual stock take, weekly and monthly cycle count
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• An in-depth operations knowledge with strong business sense
• Good planning and supervisory skills
• Highly sensitive to data and KPI
• Self-motivated with good time management to achieve task on time
• Mature, detailed-minded & well-organized
• Able to work independently with strong team spirit
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command in English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available would be advantage
