Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project team, Client, factory and forwarders for shipment arrangement
- Prepare shipping documents (INV, PL, C/O, Fumigation certificate etc.) and control shipment
- Arrange Samples courier and follow up
- To liaise with freight forwarders and courier company for price negotiation.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in shipping/logistics field
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good team player with mature, well organized, responsible and detail - minded
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Packages:
- Contract Period: 14 May to 14 Aug 2018
- Five-days working
- Working Location: Shatin
- Salary: Negotiable
