Jobs Description:

• Coordinate with suppliers & forwarders for shipment arrangement.
• Supervise all shipping documentation.
• Provide timely shipping information to customers.
• Provide support to internal various departments & regional offices.
• Documents preparation.
• System/Data entry & maintenance.
• Perform ad hoc assignment as requested.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above.
• Minimum 3 years relevant shipping experience in garment firm, experience to manage EEC market is preferable.
• Handle full set of I/E banking documents, I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration independently.
• Independent in China factory co-ordination, PRC customs procedure, trucking arrangement.
• Familiar with loading operations of both Sea and Air shipment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, responsible and work independently.
• A good team-player & willing to take on challenges.
• Immediate available is preferred.
