Responsibilities

• Delivering on-site product demonstration and education.
• Assisting users in product evaluation, acceptance and implementation.
• Preparing training materials and deliver on-site training.
• Supporting users’ laboratory quality assurance and accreditation issues.
• Handling technical inquiries from users.
• Supporting sales and marketing staff in other aspects.

Requirements

• University or technical institute graduate with solid medical laboratory science / biological science background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result and quality oriented, out-going with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work at hospitals and laboratories.
• May be required to work outside normal office hours.
