Purpose:

To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Terminal including operations in Bitumen Plant, D.G. Blending Plant, Utilities Area, Boiler House and Oil Tankfarms, jettoes amd gantries

Principal Accountabilities:

• Operate at the correct standards in a team that provides receipt, storage and loading operations and takes care of calling-out maintenance and supply of product under existing agreements.
• Ensure the customers always safely receive the right product.
• Comply and enforce HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Enveroment) standards and procedures including PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
• Take corrective action when drivers, contractors, crews or personnel do not obey rules.
• Product Handling and control: Recognizes oil products to be in line with specifications, applies depot handling and product transfer procedures, and applies product control and measurement, including product sampling, daily tank and meter reconciliation.
• Conduct surveillance inspection on plant facilities according to given guidelines and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping in the various plants.
• Support or back up other terminal jobs as instructed by supervisor

 Qualifications Required

• Form 7 or above is preferred
• 2 years of working experience is required, experience in terminal operations is preferred
• Process of vehicle driving license (Medium and Heavy Goods Vehicle is preferred) or Water-tube Boiler Certificate or Forklift Truck driver certificate is an advantage.
• Need to acquire the qualification of certified boiler man within the first employment year.

Working Hours:

Work on a ROTATING shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays and overtime). Work at adverse weather (i.e. when Typhoon Signal No. 9 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, adverse weather allowance to be provided.
