Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources & Office Administration functions which include recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, employee relation, etc
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from recruitment to selection and boarding procedures
• Assist to develop documentation, including memo, working instructions, policies and procedures
• Assist in coordinating and organising ad hoc projects and company events

Requirements

• Diploma or above in HR or Business Administration
• Min 2 years solid experience in the work place is a must
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and Labour Legislation
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing)
• Mature, well-organised, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
