About the Client
Our client a well-known corporation in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.
About the Role
This role will report to the Head of Legal and Risk department.
- Review commercial contracts from a legal prospective
- Some drafting of contract language
- Check deal details of commercial Contracts
- Assist with research of business related laws and regulations, including market regulations, international sanctions and external compliance regulations.
- Written translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience reviewing contracts
- University Graduate
- Understanding of contract law & English Law
- Understanding or background in Risk Management would be an asset
- Must be detail orientated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin
