Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently administer effectively and efficiently sales administration services and function which includes Order Admin, Letter of Credit, Payment Collection and Database administration in compliance with Corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible for achieving internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Fully responsible to ensure timely delivery of shipment to customers by following up shipment schedules with Israel headquarter.
  • Fully responsible to maintain data entry and data integrity of the WISE system.
  • Be an expert on WISE system to generate sales admin reports with analysis for Manager’s perusal.
  • Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary.
  • Provide support to other branches sales admin as a team as needed.
  • Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as assigned by manager

 Requirements:

  • Non-degree tertiary on Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years’ of relevant experience with L/C, shipping documents, sales order administration preferably in multinational companies
  • Good command of spoken and written English and local language
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good knowledge on OA tools and applications
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
