Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience (preferably with property development industry experience)
• Independent, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, knowledge of Yonyou and SAP is an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day accounting duties including the preparation of journal vouchers and reconciliation of accounting information
• Support in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Participate in interim and year end external audit
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects
