Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Contact clients, consultants and trainers
  • Provide secretarial support on training materials
  • Provide administrative support to our training programs, e.g. slides and handouts, logistics and reports
  • Handle office admin and related payments
  • Handle simple accounts and payroll

 

Requirements:

 

  • University graduates, high school graduates or those with long secretarial experience before
  • 2-3 years working experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Pleasant, good personality and effective dealing with people
  • Flexible, neat and tidy, well organized
  • Good English and Chinese, some Putonghua an advantage
  • Good IT skills in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Familiar with IT graphics, e.g. Photoshop, an advantage

 

We are willing to consider candidates (i). fresh graduates with 1 year working experience but possess good attitude and skills, (ii). who had long experience as secretary before and now want to resume full time or part time work.

 

(Note: our office is near Wanchai MTR station)
