Responsibilities:

• Prepare group consolidation in compliance with relevant framework and company policies
• Carry out analytical review on finance reports of group companies
• Responsible for handling accounting records of Hong Kong holdings companies
• Assist in performing budgetary control of group companies
• Coordinate with the accounting teams in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

 Requirements:

• A diploma/degree holder of accounting/finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA,CFA, etc)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting/finance/audit with PRC exposure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Occasional travel is required
