Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle accounts payable transaction
Reconcile vendor's statement and liaise with vendor if there is any discrepancy
Prepare journal voucher, cheque and data entry
Perform monthly bank reconciliation
Assist in month-end closing via SAP
Assist in analyzing monthly operating results against budget/forecast
Other ad-hoc financial & accounting related issues

REQUIREMENTS

LCCI, Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail industry
Strong analytical skill and good in number
Excellent in MS Excel
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Hardworking, willing to learn with good attitude
Experience in SAP is a definite advantage
Immediate availability is preferred
