Responsibilities:

• Process payments and invoices accurately and in accordance with defined procedures and time schedule.
• Verify input data and calculations with a variety of supporting documents.
• Prepare cheques for payment
• Respond to vendors’ enquiries after having checked the relevant facts from existing records.
• Check ledgers, statements and accounts to identify errors and take any necessary corrective action
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including data input to the computer
• Prepare accounting allocation and month-end closing reports to produce timely and accurate management information.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Certificate of LCCI Intermediate Level
• Maximum 1 years accounting experience
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures
• Excellent computer knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
