Responsibilities

• Participate in the Group’s annual/interim financial reporting, including but not limited to the preparation of Group’s consolidated accounts and subsidiaries’ financial statements
• Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, financial analysis, tax computation and annual tax filing 
• Assist in overseeing the Group’s daily accounting/finance functions
• Liaise with external professionals to carry out annual/interim audits
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with HKICPA/ACCA qualification
• A minimum of 4 years finance/accounting experience with prior exposure in property industry
• Previous experience in audit and listed company an advantage
• Independent, flexible, well-organized with excellent analytical/multi-tasking skills and must be able to work well under pressure
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Chinese WP
• Good command of English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
