Job Base: Hong Kong

Main Duties:

• Provide a full spectrum of accounting services;
• Monitor, review and control budgets, forecasts and monthly reports;
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, interim and annual reports and perform financial analysis;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with a bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent;  
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained in auditing and property development listed companies is absolutely an advantage;
• Experience in preparing accounts in compliance with HKGAAP and PRC GAAP;
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and draft of interim & annual reports;
• Independent, detail- oriented, good organizing and leadership skill;
• High proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is essential.

Less experienced candidates can be considered for the post of Assistant Accounting Manager
