• Report to the CEO 
• Update project list, billing list, and filing of tenders, quotations and contracts/agreements
• Handle incomes, including issue invoices, bank in and follow up the collection of overdue accounts, etc 
• Handle payments, including AR, AP, Petty Cash, etc
• Using internet banking for checking Bank Balance, Cash Flow, Payments, and Incomes
• Assist in daily collection of accounting data from other offcies, month-end closing and year-end closing
• Assist HR duties, including recruitment, leave record, claims, payroll, MPF enrollment & contribution, 56F(if overseas staff), and tax return for individual employees, etc.
• Handle full set of accounting 
• Liaise with bank for bank issues and follow up related documents 
• Liaise with outside Auditors on audits, P&L, B/S, Financial Statement and etc.
• Preparation of company income tax return staff tax return
• Company secretary duties, e.g. Annual renewal of B.R., Annual Returns, etc. 
• Assist in budgeting, forecast and ad hoc projects
• Provide daily administrative supports to the company included office supplies & office maintenance, etc.
