Job description:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • General account duties, including AP & AR, petty cash handling, cheque preparation for payment, preparing monthly bank reconciliation
  • Responsible for calculating monthly payroll and MPF
  • Maintain good filing system
  • Liaise with external auditors and bankers
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set of accounts
  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Level 2 or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of accounting software MYOB
  • Responsible, detail-minded with ability to handle multiple tasks independently
  • Candidate with less experienced will be considered as accounting clerk
  • Immediate available is preferred
