RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine accounting functions such as invoice checking, data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers
• To prepare full set of accounting books and ensure all accounting information in compliance with company policies in a timely manner.
• To prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare various accounting schedules for year-end audit
• Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma/Higher diploma /LCCI III or above.
• Minimum 1-year relevant accounting experience.
• Well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word typing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Related industrial experience and immediate available is highly preferred

(working days: 5.5 days per week)
