Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

-5 day work

-Handling account payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations;

-Prepare cheque/ TT payment;

-Handle invoice settlement & expenses reimbursement;

-Maintaining month-end closing and updating accounting records;

-Performing general accounting and clerical duties;

-Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate level

-2 years or above related working experience

-Detail minded, well-organized, responsible, good communication skill and willing to work under pressure

-Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English

-Proficiency in QuickBooks(Preferable but not a must) & MS Office, accounting software and Chinese word processing

-Immediate available is preferred
