Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Job Duties:

l   Handle full set books of trading companies

l   Handle daily transaction, data input and filing

l   Prepare AP & AR, Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation and etc.

l   Assist in preparation of Monthly Report and Financial Analysis

l   Other Ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma or above in Accounting / LCCI Intermediate or above

l   3 years solid experience or above in manufacturing / trading industry is preferred

l   Knowledge in Company Secretary matters is preferred

l   Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

l   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

l   Familiar in Pivot Table, Vlookup, PowerPoint and etc.

l   Hand-On experience in ERP system will be an asset

l   Positive, Self-Motivated, Detail-Minded, Initiative, Honest

l   Able to work independently and meet deadline

l   Immediate Available is highly preferred
