Responsibilities:

• Perform treasury and cashier function.  Handle daily cheques preparation, accounting entry input, monthly closing and bank book update
• Issue billing, maintain fund raising record and bookkeeping function
• Keep track of fixed assets register and properly documented and perform regular assets taking exercise
• Responsible for statutory return, HR matter and other proper records of documentation for the HKALPS operation
• Monitor administrative function like petty cash custodian, stationery ordering, office assets procurement, etc...
• Any other duties and additional assignments as from time to time assigned by the Chair and/or Board of Directors
• Outdoor work is required

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree holder with 2-4 years’ working experience in accounting/general administration gained preferably with an NGO, NPO or SE
• Detail oriented, highly responsible and good integrity
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Computer proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office 
• Experience in new accounting set up is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and able to work on overtime
