Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 3-4 years accounting experience in sizable organizations
• Familiar with the whole cycle of account receivable functions
• Self-motivated, energetic, team player and proactive attitude
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the whole cycle of receivable functions with internal and external parties
• Assist in preparing aging report, settlement schedule and month-end closing
• Liaise with customers for overdue payment and issuing monthly statement
• Conduct analysis on AR transactions and update customers’ credit information
