Job Description
MISSIONS:
You will be the in charge of account payable and general ledger accounting for APAC:
- Record all AP invoices, external and interco.
- Ensure approval of the invoice by related department
- Set invoices for payment
- Upload invoices to the shared drive
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Perform monthly reconciliation between subledger and general ledger
- Reconcile intercompany balances
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with year-end audit
- Any other duties assigned by the Company
PROFILE:
- Degree holder in Accounting
- 2 years’ relevant experience or above
- Experience of Singapore, Taiwan bookkeeping would be a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Attention to detail, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Good computer knowledge and familiar with SAP is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
