Responsibilities : 

• provide comprehensive accounting services and support, including preparation of consolidated statutory and management financial statements, assurance of tax compliance, and preparation of cash flow projections and relevant regular reports in accordance with accounting standards and the Group’s policies and procedures
• prepare budgets and forecasts and perform financial performance analysis for property development projects
• perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

• qualified accountant with 1 - 2 years’ post-qualification relevant experience gained from reputable professional accounting firms and sizable commercial organizations, preferably in property related sector
• sound accounting knowledge and understanding of Listing Rules in Hong Kong
• capable of handling full set of financial books, management reports as well as consolidation and group accounts
• able to think laterally, strong analytical and presentation skills
• mature and tactful, organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• energetic, able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• good academic records including high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• good PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, and knowledge in Flex system or similar accounting system

We work 5 days per week.
