The incumbent will be joining the team to support the execution of asset management strategies for the Group’s expanding hotel portfolio in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

• perform comprehensive reviews and analyses on hotel business performance, budgets, proposals and operation reports
• build up and maintain databases to monitor performance with reference to market and business targets
• compile regular and ad hoc reports and analyses for management review
• Liaise with hotels to review procurement proposals and payment requisitions in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
• perform research and feasibility studies as well as other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in finance, real estate or hospitality related business
• proactive, organized, detail-minded with good communication skills and able to deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
• strong analytical skills for report writing; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• proficient in MS applications including Chinese word processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
