- Monitor account payable and account receivable
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Communicate with clients via email and over the phone regarding payment & receipt process
- Support ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Higher diploma holder or above in Accountancy or related discipline
- Preferably 1 year working experience and basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in accounting software is a plus
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, hardworking and proactive
- Highly responsible and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
