Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Meet potential clients, develop proposals, negotiate and win
• Participate in BD events with clients
• Prepare marketing materials
• Leverage technology to maximize productivity
• Share knowledge to develop and enhance service delivery

Tax Advisory:

• Contribute to winning new projects by proactively managing existing clients
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence with business driven approach
• Responsible for day-to-day delivery of client liaison.
• Review tax computation and tax returns for corporate and individual clients.
• Support internal projects and provide technical support to other service teams. 
• Responsible for providing coaching and support to team members 
• Presentation of tax seminars and workshops

Requirements:

• HK or UK Certified Tax Advisor, qualified member of The Taxation Institute of HK or Chartered Institute of Taxation
• Qualified Accountant with professional service firm and managerial experience
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or similar discipline
• A minimum of 6 year relevant work experience in HK and China taxation
• Up to date knowledge of changes in international taxation, transfer pricing and anti-BEPS actions
• Hands on experience in transfer pricing documentations, benchmarking analysis, three-tiered reporting and liaison with tax authorities in HK and China 
• Proficiency in tax advisory projects, including tax compliance review, application of tax credit under DTA, tax field audit, company re-structure, PE, HNTE, APA.
• Highly developed tax, analytical and problem solving skills
• Details oriented, team player, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
