Our client is one US Fortune 500 company in the technology & manufacturing industry with operations in more than 50 countries. Since the former Internal Audit Manager has left due to relocation to other country, the company is taking this opportunity to recruit a result-oriented and independent talent to join their team.

Job Duties

Reporting to the Internal Audit Director, APAC, you will be responsible for internal audit review (e.g. operation audit, IT audits and business audit) and risk assessment. You will identify business & IT risks and design risk & control metrics. You will propose recommendations to management to help minimize risks through process standardization, automation and optimization. You will work closely with key stakeholders of various business units and external auditors.

Requirements

You should be a Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ business related discipline with CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)qualification. You should have at least 8 years of operational audit experience and risk management preferably from MNC or sizable conglomerates. Big 4 external audit experience in early stage of career is an advantage too. You should be knowledgeable in US GAAP, COSO, COBIT and IIA standards. You should be independent and mature to deal with department heads and external consultants/ auditors. You should be capable in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  You should be comfortable with frequent business travel of maximum 30%.
