DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for staff reimbursement
• Responsible for daily A/P, A/R and General Ledger functions
• Perform month-end closing
• Assist in year-end statutory audit including preparation and review of audit schedules
• Maintain strong financial control and implement internal procedures
• Update standard procedures and manuals when necessary
• Prepare and monitor budget control
• Process inter-companies billing and reconciliation of A/P & A/R
• To perform ad-hoc assignments, if required

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, major in Finance & Accounting
• Preferably a CPA associate
•  At least 2 years of AP experience in MNC environment
• Independent, well organized, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill
• Excellent knowledge in MS – Office
• A team player with good communication skill
• Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese
• Have strong sense of responsibility
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
