Job Description

To cope with the business growth, we are looking for a high caliber and dynamic Administrative & Accounts Assistant to provide general administrative and accounting support to our team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for office administrative support 
  • Provide general support to staff and senior, etc. 
  • Prepare payments, vouchers and handle general accounting matters in the office 
  • Handle clerical duties, document filing and database management 
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required 

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Certificate holder or above, formal training in Business, office administration, HR or accounting is preferred
  • At least 1 year’s relevant experience 
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferably 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing 
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations of HK is an advantage 
  • Mature and independent, attentive to details, well organized, initiative with excellent interpersonal & communication skill 
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment 
  • Immediate available is preferred 
  • Retired persons are also welcome
