Job Description
Job Duties:
- Issue invoices
- Follow up the outstanding prepay invoices
- Cash application for the intercompany receipts
- Filing and documents scanning
- Assist in ad hoc assignments if needed
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with LCCI second level

Preferably 1-2 years of Accounts receivable experiences

Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel, knowledge in Oracle is a plus

Independent, self-initiative, detailed minded and able to meet deadline

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Immediate available is preferred

Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm (5-day work)
