Responsibilities:

• Handle Full-sets of Accounts
• Perform day-to-day accounting functions
• Review junior staff's vouchers and tasks
• Ensure invoices are accurately entered into the accounting system
• Responsible for bank reconciliation, vouchers and inter-company transactions
• Prepare monthly schedule, breakdowns, reconciliations and expenses reports
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in preparing monthly financials and management reports, group consolidations, cash forecasting, and budgeting
• Prepare cash flow and cash budget
• Participate in various system enhancement projects
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accountancy
• Around 5 years working experiences in MNC, preferably in E-Commerce or Retail industry
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with computerized accounting and ERP system is a plus
• Able to work independently, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Willing to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
• Work as a good team player with good interpersonal & communication skill
