Accounting Officer (Account Payable - Banking)

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for accounts payable, daily reconciliation, report generating, other related accounting operations and ad hoc assignments as required
• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of accounting experience;
• Solid experience in Account Payable, staff reimbursement 
• Conversant with PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-initiative, attentive to details and with sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Banking experience is not a must 

Accountant / Assistant Accounting Manager (HKMA Reporting)  - Banking

Responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of the accounts control, daily reconciliation and accounting operation;
• Preparation of Head Office reports and HKMA returns;
• Handle ad hoc projects and administration works assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree graduate in Accounting Studies;
• At least 4 years’ accounting experience in banking industry;
• Solid experience in preparing or checking or HKMA returns 
• Conversant with PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-initiative, well-organized, detail-minded with sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
