HKT Teleservices Business Planning Department works closely with internal stakeholders on financial planning and provide business insight to Senior Management for decision making on existing business and support the aggressive business expansion across different regions covering Hong Kong, mainland China, the Philippines, the United States and Panama. We are now looking for high caliber candidate to join the team. Key responsibilities include evaluating the profitability of existing business, identifying potential development opportunities, sales and bidding support, client contracts management, commission schemes management and develop the strategies to balance short-term financial goals with long term expansion. He/She is required to prepare management reporting, forecasting, financial modelling and reviews, conducting market research etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting / Economics or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in service industry;
• Strong numeric sense with good analytical mind and financial modeling skill;
• Proactive, initiative and able to solve problems independently;
• Able to handle and manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially spreadsheets and presentation tools.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Analyst.
