Job Duties

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions;
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations;
• Assist in company secretarial, banking and audit matters;
• Assist in consolidate the financial accounts of our international subsidiaries;
• Data input, filing and invoicing;
• Assist in month end closing;
• To perform ad hoc duties as required.

Qualification

• Higher Diploma / University Degree / Finalist of recognised international accounting professional body;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Smart, flexible, adaptive to dynamic business environment;
• Attentive to details, organised, a self-starter and independent;
• Fluent in spoken and written English (must); Mandarin is an advantage;
• Experience to work in multi-national companies will be advantageous;
• Candidate with immediate availability will be given priority;
• Candidates with more working experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
