The Deputy Manager will be responsible for preparation and distribution of various internal financial statements to management, maintenance of the organization’s general ledger, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation complies with reporting standard and organization’s accounting policy.

Job duties:

• Prepare consolidated financial reports timely and accurately
• Prepare cash flow forecast and annual operating budgets
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Develop and maintain proper internal control policies and procedures
• Supervise and provide guidance to HK and China accounting staff
• Participate in other projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidated financial reporting, NGO experience is definitely an advantage
• Preferably strong knowledge of FlexSystem
• Strong team player and ability to communicate well with people from all level or background
• Taking initiative to discuss and solve problem with team members as a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
