Reporting to the Executive Director of the Group, he or she is responsible for:

• Prepare accounting entries for general ledger as well as process invoices and payments;
• Prepare Month/Year-end closing & reporting: Balance Sheet and Income Statement leading to timely financial reporting to management;
• Ensure the company’s accounting operation and standard meets requirement of SFO;
• Preparation of Financial Resources Rules return (FRR);
• Perform payroll, MPF calculation, staff allowances and expenses;
• Handle queries from Front Office and auditors;
• Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Assist annual budget, planning and forecasting; and
• Assist with Compliance matters

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting with Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant preferred
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in SFC regulated activities on Asset Management with sound knowledge in SFC rules and regulations
• Detail oriented with strong knowledge of Excel
• Possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
