Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, expense, voucher entries, monthly report, filing and other administration work
• Process bank transactions and bank reconciliation
• Prepare staff expense reimbursement and invoice payments
• Assist in general admin and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree in Finance & Accounting preferably with a professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant audit or accounting experiences in financial services / real estate sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and computerized accounting system such as SunSystem is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proactive approach, detailed-oriented, organised, and efficient
