Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Plan and perform the UAT
• Providing support to process improvement / ongoing system modification tasks
• Ensure all receivables and payables in operating systems and general ledger system are matched
• Prepare accounting vouchers and update general ledger regularly
• Participate in maintaining fixed assets register and monthly management account working schedules
• Generate the monthly aging summary of agent business after monthly closing to management for their reference
• Work closely with other departments in maintaining receivables and payables account and provide support when necessary
• Prepare quarterly and monthly statutory filings to regulatory bodies
• Provide clerical support to Finance team
• Being the back-up cover for the Finance team members during their absence
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Financial Controller

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting or insurance fields
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles 
• Knowledge of SUN Accounting System is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well organized, independent, integrity, honesty and responsible
