Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead international audit assignments with intercultural audit teams – occasionally in collaboration with external audit firms
- Conduct compliance review on internal control policies and procedures
- Develop audit programs and internal control policies of group companies
- Prepare audit reports for management review, and half yearly reports for the Audit Committee
- Ensure that audit issues are properly identified and reported
- Work closely with Management to build a sound system of internal controls
- Carry out ad hoc assignments and provide advisory service when required
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably with CIA certification or ACCA/CPA qualification
- At least 5 years’ internal or external audit experience, preferably from listed companies/MNCs
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chines is required; fluent in Mandarin
- High mobility and desire to travel internationally
- Work location: Sheung Wan
