Responsibilities: -

Responsible for general accounting duties

Responsible for full set of accounts of financial industry;

Routine duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other general ledger functions, updating of the accounting records, Petty Cash Control and Maintain the Petty Cash Report, Payment Handling and Control, Fund Transfer and Receives;

Assist in monthly financial reporting and annual audit; and

Handle ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Requirements: -

LCCI or Diploma or associate degree in Accounting or Finance;

1-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably with financial experience;

Well versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;

Familiar with MS Excel and knowledge in using MYOB is an advance;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and

Immediate available is preferred.

負責:

一般會計文員工作 : 處理全盤會計，如應付帳款及應收帳款，開發支票，計糧，銀行對數，報表及月結工作，到銀行處理公司會計事務;及一般寫字樓文書工作

 LCCI1; 1-3年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂MS Word; 持有LCC初級証書或以上; 懂中文打字; 懂MT4, MYOB軟件優先

待遇： 每月$13,000 - $20,000,  星期一至五: 上午9:30時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作8.5小時, 有必要時要假日返工. 但會補假
