Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial & management reports
  • Responsible for daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable;
  • Preparing all kinds of payment;
  • Handling internal filing system of statutory and financial records;
  • Performing intercompany reconciliation;
  • Supporting the annual audit / special audit and handle taxation matters
  • Preparing budget forecast, monthly analysis and project analysis
  • Assisting the office administration and insurance-related duties;
  • Ad-hoc projects and any other assignments.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Accounting with LCC Higher
  • 3 years relevant working experience or above
  • Experience in using Quickbook and/or MYOB Account Software
  • Independent, hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, well organized, good interpersonal communication skill and team work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
